By using, promoting, and sharing your Webled personalized engine, you must agree to the terms and conditions as outlined in this document and every other mention of rules, terms and or conditions on this website!

Usage of Webled.com and Webled's Customized Engines

You agree to use the Webled search service provided that you:

• Don't use automated bots and crawlers to grab data from the Webled website. You will also not use automated bots or scripts to create engines at Webled either.
• Don't create an unnecessarily high number of engines. We understand the need to create a different engine for different niche categories that you are interested in. We also understand the need to create a different engine for every website you might run and operate. However, we would like you to be considerate of the system, and not create an unusual number of engines. If you are going to be creating more than 25 engines we simply ask that you use the contact us form to let us know why you need to do so.
• You understand that creating new engines and running more searches on Webled will not generate more traffic or get your sites crawled any faster!
• If you use Webled for business use or for a website you run, you will provide a link back to Webled to help us get more visibility, and to help share this wonderful service with the rest of the world!
• You understand that Webled reserves the right to alter, change, and even remove the products and services we provide without notice, and for any reason. We will not be held liable for our service not performing, for our service negatively altering your website, for the contents our engine outputs, or for any other reason what-so-ever. You agree to use Webled at your own risk and we can not be held liable in any way for any reason! If you should ever feel Webled is not for you, then your only remedy will be to stop using our site and services. But one thing is for sure: We do not provide any guarantee of any kind!
• This agreement can be updated at any time, and you must periodically check this agreement to make sure you comply with all of the terms and conditions!

JavaScript Syndication Terms and Conditions

The JavaScript syndication you receive from Webled is strictly to be used in accordance with the following:

• If you use the JavaScript syndication you must provide a valid email address in the advanced settings area! This email address will be used for professional reasons only and won't be sold or distrobuted in any way!
• You must not alter the JavaScript code that we send you for syndication. The code must remain in tact and be displayed exactly as we have provided it to you!
• You can not cache any search results we syndicate into your website! You must make a call to Webled every time a visitor searches your personalized engine.
• You agree and understand that we reserve the right to cancel any engine or any syndication at any time, for no reason what-so-ever. If we do this, your search results page will most likely not display any results anymore.
• We provide absolutely no uptime guarantee! If our site and service goes down, so will the search listings on your website as well!
• We reserve the right to modify the search syndication at any time for any reason. We might change the layout, look, feel, design, and more at any time without notice. Because every site on the Internet is different we can not guarantee how this will change your website or the search settings on your site.
• This agreement can be updated at any time, and you must periodically check this agreement to make sure you comply with all of the terms and conditions!
